The review message is a bit misleading. As far as has been seen, there is no review queue, and really there is no reasonable way that there could be, given the number of users there are. Usually, assuming you are staying within the content guidelines, the problem is in the title or the short description. Some common culprits: Any of the following words in the title or description: Mother, Mommy, Daddy, Father, Daughter, Son, Girl, Boy. These all carry (subtle) implications of underage interactions, which is strictly prohibited. The text can usually be adjusted to deal with it.
