• It says my story will be reviewed! How long does that take?

The review message is a bit misleading. As far as has been seen, there is no review queue, and really there is no reasonable way that there could be, given the number of users there are. Usually, assuming you are staying within the content guidelines, the problem is in the title or the short description. Some common culprits: Any of the following words in the title or description: Mother, Mommy, Daddy, Father, Daughter, Son, Girl, Boy. These all carry (subtle) implications of underage interactions, which is strictly prohibited. The text can usually be adjusted to deal with it. Step-mother, Step-father, Step-son, Step-daughter, woman, man. (Mommy and Daddy are trickier)

• If I cancel my membership, will I lose my permanent (white) quills?

• My achievements aren't updating!

There is a known bug

• It says "Retry for free" but when I click it takes quills again!

• Image generation says that it failed due to server error but it still took my quills!

• When do quills refill daily?

The Red Quill servers perform an automated daily cycle reset (and refill your quills) at 7:00 PM (displayed in your local time).
